Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
β’ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
β’ Provide accurate information about products and services
β’ Process orders or returns
β’ Resolve customer complaints
β’ Build strong relationships with customers
β’ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
β’ Excellent written and telephone communication skills
β’ Excellent problem solving skills
β’ Well organized and self-directed
β’ Computer skills, including email, CRM, order entry/ERP
