Fort Worth, TX ... We’re looking for a full time Customer Service representative with at least two years printing experience and working knowledge of offset, flexographic or carton printing industry (REQUIRED). This Position will be in our Fort Worth, Texas facility just south of DFW Airport in the CentrePort Business Park. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Order Entry & Processing
• Answer Phones
• Direct communication with customer on product status
• Prepare & issue work orders to production
• Communicates directly with management and production scheduling.
• Review product folders for accuracy
• Special projects as assigned
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• 2 years+ Working knowledge with offset, flexo or carton printing industry is REQUIRED.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Type 45 + wpm
• Computer literacy
• Problem solving
• Organized and detail oriented
