Safely and efficiently unload and load packages from delivery trucks.
Sort and organize packages based on delivery routes.
Monitor and maintain the flow of packages through sorting systems.
Ensure packages are properly labeled and scanned for tracking purposes.
Operate hand-held scanners and other equipment to track and manage packages.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Meet daily productivity goals and deadlines to ensure timely package delivery.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently process packages and resolve any issues.
Communicate with drivers and other team members to coordinate package delivery.
Report any damaged or misrouted packages to the appropriate supervisor.
Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Assist in training new package handlers as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Handle and lift packages of various sizes and weights.
Keep accurate records of packages processed and delivered.
Identify and communicate any potential safety hazards.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Adapt to changing priorities and workload as needed.
