Your responsibilities in this role

Greet and direct visitors

Perform word processing, filing and faxing

Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

Field telephone calls- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

Skills in internet research

Document Management experience desired

Knowledge of Vendor Management
