Seeking Administrative Assistant for Newton Outpatient Center
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:
• Opening and closing the office
• Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls
• Greeting consumers, collecting co-payments
• Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record
• General administrative duties including managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, supplies
The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.
Schedule: Part-time 20 hours
• 1 evening shift a week until 6pm
• Saturdays 9am to 1pm
Pay: $18.54/hourly

Required Skills
• Successful candidates must be highly organized, detail oriented, reliable, responsible and friendly
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) required
• Previous experience in a mental health or social services setting is preferred but not required
Required Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience required
