Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
- Customer service: Ability to interact professionally with clients and address their needs or concerns.
- Commercial cleaning: Experience in cleaning commercial properties such as offices, retail stores, or restaurants.
- Sanitation: Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Cleaning: Proficiency in performing various cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Residential cleaning: Experience in cleaning residential properties including homes or apartments.
- Custodial: Familiarity with custodial duties such as maintaining cleanliness in public buildings or facilities.
- Floor care: Knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, waxing, stripping, and buffing.
- Housekeeping management: Understanding of housekeeping principles and ability to manage cleaning schedules.
- Carpet cleaning: Experience in carpet cleaning methods such as steam cleaning or spot removal.

Pay: $23.85 - $28.10 per hour
