Construction and property laborer for busy real estate investment company
Full time position with a nationally franchised real estate investment company with our office located in Braintree. We are the “We Buy Ugly Houses” people, www.WeBuyUglyHouses.com ... Our company buys, renovates and resells residential real estate as well as holds residential properties for long term rentals. This position will support our Forman on site renovating and rehabbing properties. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license as we cover the Eastern Seaboard of Massachusetts, North Shore, South Shore, All of Boston and down into Cape Cod and into Rhode Island.

Must have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in Rehab/construction and/or property maintenance
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Be able to pass a drug test
• Transportation to and from jobsites – we work in all of eastern MA and into RI
• You need you own basic power tools and hand tools
