Job Description The selected candidate will receive and greet customers and other visitors, direct them to the appropriate place or employee and answers general questions. Issues control badges as required, validates security information for entry into the facility, records visitors' arrival and departures. May also assist Security with employee identification and bag inspections. Will perform ... incidental clerical duties, including ordering office supplies for all facilities associated with the program. Will also be responsibility for answering phone calls, addressing voice mail, faxing, taking messages, scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and distributing mail. Will utilize a personal computer to perform duties related to the tracking and distribution of weekly/monthly contract reports, entering timesheet into Deltek, entering travel documents, general data and will work with bindery machines.
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

Pay Information
This position is covered by a wage law called the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA). The wage range for this position is determined by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor on a contract-by-contract basis.
