Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and technical support ... - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
- Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a clean and inviting store environment
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong technical sales skills, particularly in wireless or electronics sales
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
