JOB SUMMARY ... Cumberland Dairy has immediate job openings for a Palletizer Operator team member to perform an array of functions including insuring automatic palletizers, wrapper, overhead and full pallet conveyors are operating correctly. The Palletizer Operator will be responsible for operating automatic palletizers, clearing out jams/spills and manually operate equipment as necessary, as well as operating the stand-up forklift, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines.

• $18 per hour
SCHEDULE: 2-2-3 Rotating Turn Schedule
Night Shift Schedule 6pm-6:30am

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Six months experience operating stand-up Forklift preferred.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
• Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with capabilities to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work near moving mechanical parts with risk of electrical shock
• Must be able to work in a wet environment with toxic or caustic chemicals
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
