Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Executive Chef to join our team at Fannie Mae Midtown Center in Washington DC!. The food operations we manage consists of a Main Cafe, a Starbucks, a Pizza/Soup & C- Store Cafe and High-End Catering Operations.
The Executive Chef 2 will be the lead Chef for the business. Duties will include but not limited to:
• Leads retail culinary operations.
• menu planning
• ordering
• inventory
• leading a team of about 15 hourly union employees
• food and labor cost
• Must be comfortable with technology to support mobile ordering system, Digital HAACP etc.
About the Catering
The Catering is an important focus of this role as we cater to the C-suite executives. Catering can include High-End Lunches, and Board of Directors Meetings. The Executive Chef will partner with the Catering Chef in executing these events.
The Ideal Chef for this business will have a passion for food. Flexibility and ability to adapt to last minute changes is key to be successful in this role. We are looking for Chef that can WOW our clients. The Executive must be creative, innovative and ensuring quality and presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
