Our client is in search of their next great team member! The position of Administrative Assistant is a critical support role to help our client achieve their mission. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, have the ability to multi-task, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be willing and tech savvy enough to learn the client's new back-office software. In addition to keeping the ... office running smoothly, several departments rely on this position to provide an exceptional customer experience. This position is often the front line of communication with customers both via email and phone. Qualified candidates will possess excellent written and verbal skills, present professionally, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge and prior experience with UPS software is a plus.

Duties include:
• Shipping and receiving, including internationally, of important training and trade show materials
• Weekly mail merge bulk mailings
• Office supply ordering and stocking
• Answering the main line, directing calls and answering customer inquiries professionally with the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Responding to and forwarding website inquiries and general departmental emails
• Managing membership data, taking payments, billing and information updates
• Attending weekly staff meetings for all staff, education, membership and others as needed.
• Participating in various campaigns and projects for Membership, Education, Technical and Foundation as needed.
• General administrative duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position with benefits. The client is a non-profit organization. Salary is $40,000 annually.
