- Must Have: 2+ years paid house cleaning experience
- Three (3) professional and three (3) personal references
-Speak English (conversational okay)
-Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
-Have Business Liability Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Perform general house cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Clean and organize bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or special requests
- Perform floor care tasks as needed
- Follow housekeeping management guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality service
- Adhere to custodial procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- Must have your own cleaning supplies
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
