Summary Description ... As a Laundry Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner, your role will be to greet guests and assist with unloading their items safely. You will deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms, ensuring excellent guest service and a flexible schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning, completing valet tickets accurately, and coordinating repairs and delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon their arrival and assist with unloading their items

- Properly handle valet tickets and ensure accurate completion
- Coordinate repairs to appropriate persons and arrange for pick-up and delivery
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Professional and polished appearance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
