We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.
The Social Responsibility team is looking for an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven Product Manager with analytical mindset and the flexibility to manage complex projects with key stakeholders while also developing state-of-the-art solutions to automate procurement operations.
As the product manager, you will own the technical products essential for managing and integrating standard SR work across multiple platforms. You will work backwards from customer requirements and create solutions which will cater to those requirements in the most efficient and scalable way. You will lead discovery to capture clear user stories that can be translated into technical requirements. You will be impactful by building consensus on the right approach, working alongside partner and program teams to ensure we deliver the right solutions. You will help quantify impact, recommend prioritization and ensure the on-time delivery of those software products. You will track the usage of the products and ensure the right feedback mechanisms are in place for continuous improvement of tools you own.
You will function as a business partner for various operations/program teams and bring SR voice of customer into projects. Your role is highly visible, as you will be in communications with WW Operations and Procurement leaders in Amazon, as well as Sustainability and other business units in Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
• Work cross-functionally to develop and manage project timelines and lead execution of deliverables, providing escalation management and making business vs product tradeoffs.
• Develop product requirements and partner with tech teams and internal/external stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation of day-to-day functions of end users.
• Define success metrics and data-driven goals to track performance.
• Promoting -driving decision making throughout the team.
• Author reports/ documentation to leadership to communicate impacts of projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Procurement, Operations, or Sustainability-focused experience.
• Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both senior leadership and peers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel.
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity.
• Experience managing project timelines and project budgets.
• Experience managing projects with a broad range of stakeholders that span cross-functional organizations.
• Experience in using data and metrics to define business strategy and gain executive support for new visions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
