The hiring team needs an individual with the following skills and qualifications ... • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint , MSProject and SharePoint preferred but not required)
• Record keeping skills
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and interacting with clients and co-workers
• Positive attitude, well organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely motivated - a take-charge individual needing very little direction
• Resides in Luray or surrounding areas
The job would include but is not limited to the following:
• Organization of files and paperwork
• Assisting employees with paperwork and computer needs
• Working hand and hand with employees to assist in the every day activities
• Answering phones
• Emailing on the behalf of the owner and other employees
• Returning phone calls and following up on emails
• Marketing our local business services through:
• Public speaking at local events
• Maintaining & developing social media platforms
