Position Details:
Position Type: 6 Month contract
Job Location: Wilmington, DE
Compensation: $21-24/hr
Summary:
Process and complete all customer documentation requests, provide standard documentations to customers according to defined business KPIs. For customized documentation requests work with right SMEs to complete customers requests.
Complete all documentation needed to onboard new customers
The responsibilities include the following:
• Work with multiple functions such as account managers, customer service, finance, etc to complete multiple documents which will help in onboarding new customers in the system
• Track the progress of customer onboarding and highlight and escalate the needs
• Understand Pharmaceutical quality and regulatory documents and compare with actual certificate of analysis
• Support our documentation team with various tasks, such as creating, updating, and formatting documents, ensuring compliance with templates and standards, and verifying data accuracy.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc, experience in Sales force and CRM is preferred
• Hands-on mentality, service oriented, with good organizational skills, and with high attention to detail.
• Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using IT platforms like CRM or SAP.
• Ability to draw information from various sources and work with cross functional teams.
Qualifications:
Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge, interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner. May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.
