I work in retail pharmacy prior authorizations and I can tell you every day I live the mission with my patients, with my providers, with the caregivers who I may be in contact that day "Know me, care for me, ease my way." It impacts my work ethic greatly. I do retail pharmacy prior authorizations and I work with helping patients navigate through that insurance system. We find manufacturing PAP grants for them, copay cards if they're not able to afford that copay. So I'd say every day it impacts the work that I do for our patients and helping the provider take care of their patients.
