Deliver medical equipment to patients' homes in a timely and safe manner.
Ensure that all necessary equipment is loaded and secured properly before transportation.
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Handle and deliver equipment with care to prevent damage.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Maintain accurate and detailed delivery records.
Communicate any issues or concerns with equipment or delivery to the appropriate parties.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations.
Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
Assist with training new delivery drivers as needed.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in delivery procedures.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
