Summary of Position: Perform shipping and receiving duties to include Inter-college and USPS mail, package acceptance, sorting, and on-campus delivery while providing superior customer service.
This non-benefit eligible position is part time (20 hours/week). Hours would be 730am-1130am.

Perform office functions that may include, but are not limited to: respond to internal/external customers and staff; create and modify documents, records, and reports using College standard software; maintain hard copy and/or electronic filing system; monitor inventory and budget information; schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings and/or appointments.

Complete all required College training and responsible for maintaining the skills necessary to complete the essential functions of the position as defined by the department. Perform other duties as assigned.

Process incoming and internal campus mail. Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments. Supporting Actions May Include:
• Letter and parcel collection
• Collect, sort and deliver incoming and internal campus mail, packages and copy paper orders

Manage freight shipments and storage maintenance. Supporting Actions May Include:
• Process outgoing freight and receive and unload incoming freight shipments
• Perform warehouse storage maintenance and prepare recycling materials for shipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year preferred in related field.
• Forklift operation skills preferred.
Required Certification/Licenses:
• Valid WI Driver's License
Required Testing:
• Pre-employment physical with lifting requirement of 45 pounds repeatedly.

Starting hourly salary range: $18.21 - $21.85
