ProLogistix is hiring for General Warehouse opportunities located in Denver!
1st shift: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday ... Pay: $20.00 per hour
In this role, you will be responsible for the loading of will call customers and the loading/unloading of steel, rebar and other construction materials. You will provide support for a wide variety of warehouse duties, while always maintaining a safe working environment.
• Receive/Load shipments, while verifying accuracy of materials Move parts and materials with a forklift and by hand
• Assist customers, load delivery trucks and stock materials
• Performance various housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean and free of safety hazards
• Responsible for informing members of the leadership team of shortages, overages or damaged materials
• Work cooperatively with fellow team members to accomplish warehouse/parts goals Responsible for the loading of will call customers
• Responsible for the loading/unloading of rebar and incoming freight
• Responsible for general yard/warehouse cleanliness and safety in the yard
• Have a basic familiarity with light industrial equipment and materials including residential and commercial constructions materials such as rebar, steel, concrete and other construction materials
• Minimum of 1-year experience working in a warehouse, is preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience driving a forklift, is preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with a safe driving history
• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to have constant work performed outdoors with potential exposure to natural weather elements such as heat, cold, sunlight, darkness, wind, rain, lightning, snow and dust
