The Role: The Claim Manager plays a critical role in the ultimate success of the Customer Connect division at Johns Lyng USA. The quality and accuracy in their respective work, adds significant value and is the driving enabler in the achievement of goals related to client conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and ensure compliance of claim review milestones:
• 10 x claims per day within initial 3 x months
• 20 x claims per day following 3 x month probationary period
• Responsible for initial call and accurate guidance on job related information.
• Strong attention to detail regarding claim reviewing process.
• Provide communication and updates to vendors regarding claim status.
• Handling of all claim disputes with vendor and escalate to management when required.
• Ensure all estimates, photos and documents are actively saved within Dash and provided to relevant vendor on completion.
• Become proficient in Dash and MICA to assist with daily questions and documentation issues relevant to active jobs.
• Assist in ACM when needed.
• Ensure time is accurately job costed with 90% billable target.
