- Perform general HR administrative tasks such as onboarding of new employees
- Back up role for payroll and benefits
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, census requests and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with recruitment, creating job descriptions, offer letters
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years previous HR experience in a professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Skills:
- Experience with ADP payroll system
- General knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Understanding of talent acquisition strategies
- Knowledge of recruiting practices and techniques
- Proficiency in ADP timekeeping system
