Job Details
• Pay starting at $15.00 an hour.

• Scheduled Shifts are Monday through Friday, from 6am – 6:30 pm and Weekends 6am – 5:30 pm, as needed.

Responsibilities
• Placing products on a belt, in boxes or in the pockets of a machine;
• Accurately count products to load into boxes, then pick up boxes and take them to conveyor belt for different business units;
• Able to keep up with the flow of boxes;
• Participate in and perform the daily exercise program;
• Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Gripping/Grasping - must be able to grip and grasp product and material to place in boxes
• Lifting - Employee may be required to lift weights up to 50 pounds. In the event a load weighs more than 50 pounds, team members are required to seek assistance from another team member before lifting and use proper lifting techniques (approx. 10% of the shift);
• Pivoting - Employees must be able to pivot on feet while pulling product from bins and pushing/pulling boxes on a conveyor belt (approx. 20% of the shift);
• Push/Pulling – Push material of various sizes and weights from a standing position with product located below the waistline or at waist level from a sitting position (approx. 10% of shift)
• Stand/Walking – While performing the duties of this job, the employee will stand and/or walk for approximately 100% of the work shift;
• Reaching - reach up to heights of 50 inches to position and retrieve needed materials (approx. 20% of the shift
