- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Greet Clients, check demographic data, distribute paperwork and notify when client ready for appointment
- Data entry for new clients
- Verify insurance coverage
- Receives and receipts money from clients and reconciles cash drawer
- Perform vehicle checkouts
- Attendance is vital to the success of the role
- Covers offices around the San Luis Valley as assigned
