What You’ll Do?
Don’t miss your chance to join our company as a Cleaning and Packing Technician. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning, packing, inventory and production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment products and supplies needed for each project
• Clean contents and structures following SERVPRO® production guidelines
• Prepare rooms/set up staging area and equipment for work activities for each project
• Document inventory of contents with accuracy and precision
• Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
• Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Experience in cleaning and packing
• Experience in Restoration preferred
• Effective oral communication
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures
• Problem solver with strong self-initiative and motivation
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25-50 pounds regularly
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
