Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to balance and monitor a scale correctly.
• Must be able to accurately weigh all products within a given tolerance, working with decimals.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Ensure all internal and state-mandated inventory systems are up-to-date and accurate.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of packaging process and supplies.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift and take pride in their station.
• Ensures Proper PPE is always worn within designated areas.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation levels, and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some mechanical knowledge preferred to troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment, making necessary repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, or equipment damage during packaging operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Essential Qualifications:
• Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Lift and move heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds).
• Work in a lab environment with exposure to cannabis products and solvents.
• Must have obtained valid support or key badge from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division before the date of hire.
