Summary/Objective ... The Customer Support Representative manages all incoming calls regarding customer queries, requests, and complaints, and routes tasks to the appropriate Patient Care Coordinator. This is an in office job that comes with a quarterly bonus (after 90 days) and guaranteed internal growth with Sentido Health. Essential Functions
Job Duties
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Answer high volume calls using a multi-line phone system
• Tracking and providing status to patient orders via FedEx/UPS
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Process incoming/outgoing company texts
Required skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred not required)
• Experience recognizing the needs and concerns of individuals
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
• Professional telephone & email etiquette
• Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
• Responds well to multitasking while providing exceptional customer service, support and responsiveness

• Ability to demonstrate and educate to patient family members on all equipment necessary
