HCG Construction is seeking a full time experienced infrastructure construction laborer with experience on infrastructure projects and is familiar with DOT projects and standards. The ideal candidate is able to lift at least 50 pounds, assist in loading and unloading materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesman on our jobsites.
Responsibilities ... • Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
• Load and Unload construction materials
• Assist craft workers
• Ready to learn from on the job training when applicable
• Preform daily site cleanup
Requirements:
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
• Ability to work in all weather
• Punctual and reliable
• Experience as a general laborer within the construction industry
• Reliable transportation to work
