IntelliSource has teamed up with a local resort in Winter Park, CO, to fill a full-time General Labor / Maintenance position. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all ranch facilities, contributing to an exceptional experience for our guests and staff alike.Join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while ... enjoying the beauty of Winter Park, CO, and its surroundings.
• Starting Pay: $25/hour
• Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts, offering ample time to explore the recreational offerings of Grand County
General Labor / Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and upkeep on all ranch properties, including cabins, lodge rooms, public areas, restrooms, and restaurants.
• Perform various tasks such as plumbing repairs, flooring replacements, carpentry work, painting, and maintaining proper lighting throughout the property.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and accurate documentation of receipts.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, replace or repair parts, conduct adjustments, and report any issues accordingly.
• Execute regular preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Participate in an emergency standby schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety regulations, maintaining clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team on various projects as needed.
• Develop proficiency in heating, cooling, and water systems across the ranch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Utilize provided safety equipment effectively to ensure a safe working environment.
General Labor / Maintenance Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Preferably, 2-3 years of prior maintenance experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Tolerance for exposure to extreme weather conditions.
• Excellent hand dexterity.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the proper use and maintenance of ranch equipment.
