Job Purpose and Impact
The Territory Sales Manager - Personal Care (Open to Remote) will help sell a portfolio of the company's technical (Cargill Beauty/Personal Care) and nontechnical products (commodities such as Citric Acid and Glycerin products.), services, and solutions directly to current and new customers. In this role, you will provide thought leadership to a sales team through a thorough understanding of business, financials, products and services, the market and the needs and challenges of assigned accounts.
This a remote role within the Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA area. Up to 50% travel is required to cover the area of responsibility.
Key Accountabilities
• Inform customers of our new products, services, and prices.
• With guidance, create, monitor, and maintain lead generation plans to develop substantive sales opportunities.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, proposals and presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
• Help develop medium to long term sales plans, preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience in sales for chemical products or personal care products or related field.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• More than five years of solution selling experience in the personal care industry.
• Experience with key account management and distribution.
Applicant Information
The expected salary for this position is $130,000 to 150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
