Responsibilities:
β’ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including preparation of mailers
β’ Provide reception coverage, greeting visitors and answering phone calls
β’ Assist with the preparation and submission of expense reports
β’ Coordinate and manage schedules for the CEO and CFO
β’ Ensure timely and accurate communication between the CEO and other staff members
β’ Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
β’ Previous administrative experience preferred
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
β’ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Polished appearance with a pleasant and professional demeanor
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
