Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including preparation of mailers
• Provide reception coverage, greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Assist with the preparation and submission of expense reports
• Coordinate and manage schedules for the CEO and CFO
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between the CEO and other staff members
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished appearance with a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
