Skills:
- Proficiency in computer basics (i.e. keyboard shortcuts, navigate computer databases, etc.)

- Ability to create and organize both physical and digital filing systems

Responsibilities:
- Utilize computer databases to input, update, and retrieve guest information and documents
- Answer inquires from guests via computer, mail, or facsimile
- Utilize standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Prepare various types of documents using software such as Microsoft Office
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail and files, including making copies, sorting, and placing documents in appropriate filing systems
- Log and organize data related to office activities and business transactions
- Properly handle confidential information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience working in an office setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and the capacity to work in fast-paced environments
- Customer service experience
