BELLA Fine Goods in SCOTTSDALE is hiring a Full-Time, ROCKSTAR Administrative Assistant, for a fast-paced purchasing office assistant position.
We are looking for someone who is professional, positive, extremely organized, computer savvy, with great verbal and written communication skills. Responsible for home furnishing purchasing for all showrooms and to work as a liaison between sales team ... and vendors for placing custom orders. Opportunity to grow in Director role. Administrative office experience (min. of two years) required.

Requirements:
• Administrative office work experience required (minimum of 2 years)
• Quick, upbeat, happy, with “can-do” attitude focusing on solutions
• Computer savvy, extremely organized, detail oriented, experience with Microsoft/Excel spreadsheets, purchase orders, good w/ numbers, must be able to type at least 65 wpm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eye for color, Interior Design/Studio Designer experience a major plus
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks including dealing with invoices, data entry, preparing purchase orders and spreadsheets in Excel
• Work as liaison between the sales team (in all galleries) and vendors for placing custom orders
• Preparing accurate custom purchase orders for fine art and home furnishings
• Preparing reports on inventory levels and purchase activity to help management make business decisions.
• Preparing research material, including quote requests, order placement and tracking orders
• Work directly with CEO in search of new products and artists
