The Packaging Technician is a member of the Packaging and Fulfillment Team and is responsible for performing a variety of packaging tasks and projects.
Other key responsibilities include gathering customer and wholesale product orders, operating shipping software and peripherals, and assisting other departments as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Package various products to Monsoon's standards with a high level of consistency and attention to fine detail.
Work swiftly to ensure production goals are met.
Gather products for customer and wholesale orders and prepare for shipping.
Maintain an organized Packaging Area, Fulfillment Area, and storage of packaging and shipping supplies.
Assist with inventory tracking and ordering.
Operate shipping software and peripherals with a high degree of accuracy.
Operate label printing software and peripherals as needed.
Answer the phone and return voicemail calls as needed.
Communicate the core values of MC to our guests and provide information about our process, sourcing, and standards.
Foster and maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, coworkers, and the community at large.
Proactively look for ways to assist the business needs of MC during slow periods.
Fill in and help when other Teams need assistance.

Minimum of 2 year of relatable experience.
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of peripherals and software that are on PCs and Apple products, and other organizational applications.
Strong work ethic to ensure all tasks are completed.
Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English is required.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of all departments of MC and our operations.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal, team building, and organizational skills.
Outstanding problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and solution orientated.
Intermediate to advanced math skills.
The ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
The ability to lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 pounds, frequently lifting loads of around 35 pounds.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting.
