Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance ... - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Operate the phone system to answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments or individuals
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
Skills
- Strong front desk and guest relations skills
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with hotel management software (preferred but not required)
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. 2 double coverage Friday & Saturday 7pm-3am
Compensation includes a competitive starting wage $16.00 per hour while training ($17.00 once trained).
