Role: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20-$24 ... Benefits: Health, Dental
When: First Shift
An Express client is looking for a Customer Service Rep to assist on the phones and responding over email to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, shipments etc
· Report customer feedback to management
· Oversee paperwork related to orders, maintain files
· Resolve shipment issues, ie refused product, over orders, short orders and damaged products
Qualifications:
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Type 30+ words a minute
· Previous experience in a cold storage/logistics facility preferred
