Job Description
Job Summary ... The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily activities of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Manage and coordinate deliveries of service parts to Field Service Technicians and the return of tools and equipment from job sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise all receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, returns and delivery of parts/inventory required to support the Service Technicians.
• Supervise maintenance of computerized inventory records.
• Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse.
• Manage warehouse inventory and inventory of all service trucks.
• Coordinate delivery of all parts to the field.
• Coordinate construction deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain safety regulations and awareness in moving materials and handling hazardous materials.
• Assist HR with proper on-boarding of new hires, including paperwork, training, and equipment.
• Ownership of warehouse in all aspects.
• Manage warehouse personnel.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education:
• Must be 21 or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience with a background in delivery coordination, receiving and inventory control.
• Supervisory/Management experience
• Computer knowledge must include MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Be an honest team player, growth-oriented, ability to do whatever it takes; safely!
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; noise level is usually moderate.
• All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
