Campbell’s Information Technology Supply Chain team is seeking a Lead Solution Architect who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, has a transformational mindset, and values the opportunity to improve the operations of our distribution network. Better said taking a best-in-class distribution network to world class status.
What you will do...
• Drive process development discussions with the operating locations to outline existing processes and procedures and map them to the functionality of JDA.
• Assist operating locations in the development of new processes and procedures with an important emphasis on network-wide standardization.
• Perform business analysis of current operating system processes, organizational structures, and operating methodologies to ensure alignment with and integration of the new operating system (JDA).
• Train company super-users on JDA system functionality with a thorough and complete understanding of such functionality and assist super-users in the training of all end users.
• Troubleshoot system, process, and business issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Use continuous improvement to identify opportunity and help our sites improve process and systems.
• Coordinate with local operating location distribution managers and team members to ensure the timely completion of action items necessary to implement successful process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external support teams and all required teams to provide complete, on-going system support.
• Working with business to translate requirements into statement of works and handling vendor relationships.
• Working closely with Campbell’s enterprise architects to produce world class designs while adhering technology standards of reusability.
What you bring to the table…(must have)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with JDA– Configuration and Implementation of selected modules
• Technical knowledge of information systems and business processes
• Experience in successfully working with multiple projects at varying levels of completion.
• High standard of professionalism and ethics
• Preferred style of teamwork, collaboration, and humility
• Deadline and positive outcome driven
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and with written communications
• Strong experience and understanding of core WMS functionality including slotting; sequencing; locator/ item set up and zoning.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information
• Ability to train individuals on systems functions and processes
• Possess a high level of attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to listen, hear, and translate business requirements
• Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Proficiency with MS Office products, advanced Excel
• Travel estimated at 10% - 25%, with periods of travel for multiple weeks at a time
It would be great if you had...(nice to have)
• 1+ years knowledge of SAP, Modules MM, IM, WM and QM
• Programming skills for JDA
• Proficiency with SharePoint Office 365
• Project Management skills and have used Microsoft Project

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$105,000-$172,200
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
