Summary
The administrative assistant role provides administrative support to corporate responsibility and sustainability, and the attorneys in the Campbell Snacks legal group. It also provides occasional project specific support.
Key Accountabilities
Provide advanced, diversified, and complex administrative support duties to team that includes managing calendars, making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and conferences, and reserving facilities. Coordinate work processes and projects and support specific projects as assigned. Help onboard and manage new employees, contractors, and vendors (technology, accounts payable systems, meet and greets, logistics). Set up and manage purchase orders and process invoices. Assist in developing, documenting, and monitoring department/team budgets. Submit expense reports. Prepare and distribute agendas, itineraries and meeting minutes. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for business reviews and various other meetings as required. Manage correspondence (emails and letters). Complete document comparisons and reviews (for grammatical errors and formatting), including PowerPoint presentations. Assist with finalizing and execution of negotiated agreements. Perform work tasks in variety of software tools (Ariba, SharePoint, iManage, Legal Tracker and Concur) in support of teamwork processes. Update and manage documents on iManage, OneDrive and Teams sites. Perform miscellaneous administrative activities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of administrative experience required.
• Experience supporting a sustainability team or legal department preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must have a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary.
• Strong organizational skills; must be detailed oriented with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
• Self-motivated, independent (problem solving) thinker.
• Advanced computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Office Projects preferred.
• Capability to learn/perform work in variety of different software programs – Ariba, SharePoint, etc.
• Prior experience with legal operations technology (iManage, Legal Tracker) preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adjust support style to meet the needs of more than one executive simultaneously.
• Obtains detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures and people.
• Ability to proactively anticipate needs of the executives in advance of meetings, travel, etc.
• Good judgment and initiative in understanding implications of the work being handled and an ability to troubleshoot and make recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and with the team.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$66,550.00 - $107,140.00
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
