• Overall exp Must be at least 5 yrs+
• Collections exp in addition to Claims exp very helpful
• Customer Service exp in addition to Claims exp very helpful
• Microsoft applications exp needed 2-3+ yrs
To repeat: Defending claims, Claims exp needed
Education:
• HS ok w/solid exp
• Client will provide necessary training w/internal apps used
• Processing and evaluating claims. Connecting with customer regarding claims.
• Role best suited for those with strong Claims exp, Customer service exp, Collections exp.
