Responsibilities:
• Manage large amounts of client accounts in a timely manner
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Look for opportunities to upsell products/services when they arise
• Build relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Attend educational training seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal & team performance targets
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with computers, CRM systems, and excel
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per week

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
