Description:
Part time position available - Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm ... As a Packaging Technician, you will work in a dynamic team-based environment in our production process by operating and maintaining packaging machinery. Tasks will include operating high speed packaging equipment, boxing/palletizing finished product, performing quality checks and contributing to the overall success of the function. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are accurately and efficiently packaged while adhering to quality and safety standards.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Operate and oversee packaging machinery, including filling, sealing, and labeling equipment.
• Ensure that packaging materials, such as labels and bottles, are stocked and readily available.
• Assist in quality control inspections, including checking labels, seals, and package integrity.
• Read, comprehend and follow procedures outlined in the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Read and follow the steps outlined in a batch manufacturing record (BMR).
• Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
• Able to document and follow good documentation practices throughout the BMR and other various documents.
• Strict adherence to all OSHA and Company Safety Policies.
• Ensure all area housekeeping tasks are complete and workplace organization is maintained.
• Report any machine malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by Operations management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced packaging environment.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in Pharmaceutical packaging or machine operation is a plus
