As part of our highly specialized Customer Service Team. You will be the single point of contact for our members and providers. The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to ... members.
Responsibilities:
• Processes client transaction requests and reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external regulations. (Ex: checks, withdrawals, changes to accounts)
• Partners with Vanguard Associates in working through complex processing issues to ensure timely completion.
• Develops a working knowledge of Vanguard’s processing systems, group policies, and procedures.
• Communicates with Vanguard clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.
• Understands and complies with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, and Vanguard’s internal policies regarding client contact.
• Maintains department standards for quality and productivity.
• Works collaboratively with peers and management in a strong team environment.
• Meets with Manager to discuss performance, business trends, and issues impacting the Processing team.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
SHIFT
Hybrid training-8:30 AM-5 PM EST Post-training 9:30 AM-6 PM EST - Remote
Requirements:
· Undergraduate degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
· Business-related education and/or experience.
· Strong problem-resolution and time-management skills.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, computers, and Microsoft Teams.
· Comfortable working in multiple computer-based systems on a daily basis.
· Ability to use provided resources effectively when problem-solving.
