We are looking for a candidate with open availability to join our team as Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent.
The Night Auditor works at the front desk of a hotel during the overnight, and they must ensure that the quality and integrity of the establishment are maintained just as diligently as they are during the day. • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
• Answer phones.
• Run the audit through the property Management System in preparation for the next business day.
• Reconcile credit card transactions.
• make reservations as needed.
• Laundry tasks as needed.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
A Hotel Front Desk Agent serves as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have an act for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Laundry tasks as needed.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments'

Pay: From $15.13 per hour
