Job Responsibilities:
· Deliver and pickup parts efficiently and accurately ... · Pickup payments as required and ensure paperwork complete.
· Service customers and promote sales.
· Communicate with Dispatcher and A/R for customer status and instructions.
· Check parts for visible damages and load parts onto the truck.
· Keep assigned truck/van clean.
· Provide insight to customer needs, potential revenue and strategies.
· To follow the lead of all CAP Route Sales Representative.
· Other duties assigned by superiors.
· Accept ISO 9001 core responsibilities and authorities, as applicable.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent or 1 to 3 years related experience. Automotive parts experience a plus.
Language Skills: English is required, bilingual is a big plus.
Licenses/Certificates: Must have valid driver’s license. Certificate to operate company machinery is a plus.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk: to carry objects ranging from a few ounces to more than 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities are required by this job from close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
Other skills: Basic math skills, strong communication and people skills.
