Duties
• Package fresh meat in bags or film
• Load packages into machinery ... • Box and weigh fresh meat products
• Place labels on packages and trays
• Apply bone guard to fresh meat
• Dust bone saw particles off fresh meat
• Learn meat cutting skills
• Sanitation duties as assigned
• Adhere to all corporate safety procedures
• Comply with all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Able to work in a cold environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Use company equipment and tools only as properly authorized
• Maintain good attendance
• Work well with co-workers in a team atmosphere
