Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to guest requests and interacting professionally with guests
- Transporting supplies using a cart
- Entering guest rooms following proper procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy
- Replacing guest amenities and supplies in rooms
- Replacing dirty linens, making beds and folding towels
- Cleaning guest bathrooms
- Removing trash, dirty linen, and room service items
- Checking appliances and ensuring they are in working order
- Straightening desk items, furniture, and appliances
- Dusting, polishing, and cleaning walls and furnishings
- Vacuuming carpets and performing floor-care duties in guest rooms and hallways
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write in English
- Attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
