Reliable, team player, resides within 30-minutes and service oriented is a must. Primary job duties include: answer phones and build rapport, gather patient records with updating their medical history and demographics, greet people, maintain patient flow and schedule, bill/preauthorize/follow up with dental insurance co., collect and follow up on account balances, follow up with patients care and communication with specialists, maintain a clean reception area, and consistently give a great patient experience.
