We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic professional to fill this full-time role and rise to the challenge. The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker who has experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced office setting. This person will bring resourcefulness, organization, and stellar communication skills to the desk. With a knack for keeping cool under pressure and juggling complex schedules, the receptionist will be counted on to help us continue to grow our business.

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
• Open the office; greet visitors in a friendly manner; answer and redirect phone calls, send and respond to emails
• Manage printing and copying, oversee mail management
• Oversee standard office equipment and supplies (such as printer, ink, toner, and paper), and resolve any malfunctions
• Support both site staff and corporate office co-workers
• Type up memos, meeting minutes, letters, reports, forms, and similar content
• Oversee storage and organization of weekly and monthly reports
• Establish and maintain record-keeping system for contacts, files, and community directory
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings and organize catering, as requested
Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior administrative or clerical experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
